R Street SPD Amended by City Council
On April 9, 2013 the City of Sacramento Council adopted a comprehensive update to the City Zoning Code. Among the changes the Council adopted were several changes to the R Street Corridor Special Planning District Zoning. The R Street changes were recommended to the City based on discussions over several years with property owners, developers, and area stakeholders. The zoning changes still reflect the R Street Corridor Master Plan vision while giving developers flexibility to meet ever changing financial, housing, and commerical markets.
