Infrastructure Needs Assessment
The R Street Infrastructure Needs Assessment (Needs Assessment) identifies major infrastructure needs and issues that have to be addressed to implement the land uses adopted in the R Street Corridor Plan. The Needs Assessments identifies general level of magnitude cost estimates for identified infrastructure improvements. These cost estimates provide a foundation and reference for infrastructure improvements but do not necessarily reflect the final or actual costs. The R Street Infrastructure Needs Assessment was completed in September 2003 and accepted by the Sacramento City Council in February of 2004.
